Located in Decatur's Main Street District, Texas Social has a total of appx 1679 sqft that accommodates an Entry Lobby, Extra Seating, Meeting Area, and back storage with mini Prep Kitchen.  Our main Meeting Room of approx 723 sqft room, for up to 48 guests. The front entry has plenty of great natural light and in the meeting Private Meeting area has a beautiful chandelier with artificial lighting, clean white walls and grey floors, with a private restroom, and the Storage Prep Room with a mini Prep Kitchen in the far back that has access to a garage door.

*Venue RENTAL During the Weekend Hours that are *6pm-10pm* will have 

a Premium charge of an additional $250 flat rate added. Example: Venue Rental 4hr @$500 booked 

from 6pm-10pm will receive premium charge of $250 for a total of : $750. 

*If booking is before 6pm but falls into the Premium Time - that individual hour will be charged $62.50; Example: 1pm-7pm; 6hr @$650 + 1hr @$62.50 = $712.50

All Bookings for the events space includes the Set Up and Clean Up. Please book additional time if needed. IF property is left damaged, in need of repair, or cleaned the deposit will not be returned and possible invoice will be sent. 

NO Confetti/Glitter or Cake Smashes of Fireworks.

We have an open vender policy that allows you to create a customized event that meets your unique needs. 

There is no alcohol or smoking of any kind allowed on the premises at this time. We are working on it! 

Client must compile all trash in designated area, dispose of food and remove all items brought in.  

 Must be paid for 7 Days Prior event or cancellation will be made with no return of deposit.
